ViaAirport Terms of Use
Effective date: November 6, 2026
By downloading or playing ViaAirport: Airport Tycoon (the "Game") you agree to these terms. The Game is provided by Tunca Bildik under the ViaGo Transfer brand.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from (App Store or Google Play).
2. Age
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over.
3. In-game currency and progress
In-game money, gems, facilities and other items can be used only within the Game; they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred. There are no in-app purchases. Progress is stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices.
4. Advertising
The Game contains optional rewarded video ads served by third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content or for sites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how data is processed.
5. Prohibited use
You may not copy, reverse engineer or modify the Game, exploit ad rewards with cheats or automation tools, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Game's name, logo, artwork, code and other content belong to Tunca Bildik / ViaGo Transfer. Airline, city and business names in the Game are fictional.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data (progress) arising from use of the Game.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Game and these terms, or discontinue the Game. The current terms are published on this page. Your license ends if you breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. On Apple devices, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
