ViaAirport Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed when you play the ViaAirport: Airport Tycoon mobile game (the "Game"). The Game is developed by Tunca Bildik ("we") under the ViaGo Transfer brand.
Summary
- No account or sign-in is required; we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your game progress (level, in-game money, facilities, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- The Game is free and supported by optional rewarded video ads. There are no in-app purchases.
- The Game does not request or use location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
Advertising and data processed
Rewarded video ads are served through the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation service. The ad networks in mediation are Google AdMob, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these providers may collect:

This data is collected directly by the ad providers and is subject to their own privacy policies:

Consent and your choices
Ads are personalized only if you consent. When you first open the Game, a consent card lets you allow or decline personalized ads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is also requested; if you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared and ads are shown without personalization. You can change your choice at any time in the Game's Settings screen, and manage ATT in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Rewarded ads are optional: they are shown only when you choose to watch one for a reward.
Children
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over (age rating 13+). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 within the meaning of COPPA. If you believe data of a child under 13 has been processed, please contact us.
Retention and deletion
Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game. We do not store personal data about you. Retention of data held by ad providers is governed by their policies.
Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can withdraw ad consent in the Game's Settings screen. For other requests, write to us at the address below; for data held by ad providers you may also contact the provider directly.
Changes
If an optional cloud save or any other feature that processes data is added to the Game in the future, this policy will be updated before that feature is released, and the new date will be shown on this page.
